Indecent Exposure

Its believed a man in Andover may be behind more than one indecent incident.

We're told a 48 year old woman was out running on 27th March near Salisbury Road when she saw a young man - thought to be around 17 or 18 exposing himself and carrying out a sexual act.

She later read about a similar incident - and belived it was the same men, officers also think it could be the same person.

The man is described as:

    White but with olive skin
    Aged 17 to 18
    Slim, slight build
    5ft 4ins to 5ft 5ins
    Shoulder length, light brown coloured hair, which was messy in style and had a fringe swept across his forehead.
    Clean shaven and descrbied as ‘ordinately looking’ with a good complexion
    The man was wearing a pastille, light blue coloured polo shirt and blue chequered shorts
